Serrapeptase
Serrapeptase - also known as serratiopeptidase and serratia peptidase - is a highly active proteolytic enzyme derived from a species of bacteria originally found in the gut of silkworms. It is the Serratia mercesans bacterium that allows silkworms that have metamorphosed into butterflies to dissolve the threads of their cocoons and emerge. Of course, no worms or butterflies are sacrificed to produce serrapeptase from the Serratia bacterium. This one is cultivated alone to produce the enzyme by fermentation.
Peptizyme-SP® enteric-coated serrapeptase is the most potent form on the world market and has no equivalent as it contains 130,000 US, units of serrapeptase (it is also available in 80,000 units).
Enteric coating
It is a protective layer that coats the food supplements so that they remain intact during their passage through the stomach and are then absorbed in the small intestine. Systemic enzymes are proteins whose functional structure is altered or destroyed under extreme pH and temperature conditions. Without this coating, the enzymes would be denatured, and therefore unusable, long before they reach the bloodstream where their beneficial effects operate.
AST Enzymes' enteric-coated serrapeptase can pass through the highly acidic gastric environment without being degraded. This feature ensures intestinal absorption and systemic activity of the enzyme under the best conditions. Its gastric pH resistant coating naturally disintegrates in the alkaline environment of the intestine.
The relationship between US and IU
The activity of an enzyme is estimated by measuring its active units (U). For serrapeptase units, we speak of US. This is the only valid measurement for enzymes in general and serrapeptase in particular. Indeed, the measurement in IU (International Units) is a standard applied to vitamins and minerals, and defines the quantity of substance producing a specific biological effect.

Nous apprécions ce produit Serrapeptase qui a un effet très intéressant sur les oedèmes circulatoires. Mon épouse en est très contente quand elle fait de grosses randonnées en montagne, par fortes chaleurs. Moi, je l'utilise actuellement pour endiguer des douleurs aux ischio-jambiers qui me gènent en rando. Je prends 6 gélules/jour, réparties en 2 prises et je vais le faire sur une longue durée.
mon épouse souffrant de douleurs malléolaire externe suite à un arrachement osteo- ligamentaire a retrouvé l'usage intégral de son pied après 6 semaines de traitement avec la Serrapeptase 130
000 UI à raison de 3X2 gel /jour ainsi que la bromélaïne gamma à raison de 3X2 gel/jour. Elle peut désormais monter et descendre des escaliers à forte inclinaison sans aucune douleurs ni handicap

Ca fait 2 mois que je l’utilise à la dose de 3 gélules par jours pour un très gros traumatisme sur la cheville pilon tibial et les 2 malléoles fractures 3 opérations et et 10 mois après l’accident la cheville était toute bloquée et très gonflé. Après 2 mois d’utilisation de la serrapeptase la cheville est beaucoup moins gonflé et plus souple,il y a encore du boulot je vais continuer encore 2 mois et on verra….mais de bon résultat pour le moment.
Après 5 mois d'utilisation mon aterite s'améliore de mois en mois 6 gelules par jours, je table sur un an et vous donnerai de mes résultats une aide d'apothicaire.
Un mois d'usage, je ne ressens rien de particuier mais ai un grand espoir sur l'action de la Serrapeptase.
Très bon produit. J'en prend très régulièrement.

Impossible de donner mon avis car je viens de commencer une cure de thérapie avec la Serrapeptase à dose plus forte (130,000 SU) et cela pour minimum trois mois et sans doute 6 mois ou plus. Ensuite analyse sanguine de contrôle pour mon taux de D-dimères qui est trop élevé. Seulement alors j'aurai un avis grâce à ce résultat chiffré.
Effets positifs sur inflammation genou qui a dégonflé et n’est plus chaud comme lors de toute inflammation . Suite d’une pose prothèse genou .

taken to treat atherosclerotic plaque, I can't give an opinion at the moment, I'll have to do an ultrasound to judge the effectiveness.
I use it for blood circulation (2 capsules a day), without it I'd have very sore legs in this summer period, I also use it to remove blood clots, but my bioresonance device says I still have some. I also use it to remove bacterial biofilms (Lyme bugs and the like). Basically, I can hardly do without it.

J'ai pris ce produit car j'avais des adhérences intestinales. Á 84 ans tout de passe bien. Pas d'opération, il fait du bien à tout mon organisme.
J'ai commencé le traitement pour mon chien afin de voir diminuer le kyste sur sa patte avant mais aucune amélioration...dommage car celui du dos est parti assez vite avec la Serrapeptase moins dosée mais celui-ci est d'une autre nature je pense et bien plus ancien que celui du dos donc j'ai stoppé le traitement en effet mon chien était toujours dans son dodo et pas très véloce .Alors depuis l'arrêt est-ce une coïncidence il a retrouvé une meilleure forme et bouge beaucoup plus ....Il est vraiment plus alerte .Peut-être un autre produit conviendrait mieux ?
Au bout d'un mois, aucun effet visible pour moi. Je vais continuer en espérant un effet dans le temps.

While waiting for my order of zeolite, I saw that I had some serapeptase left over that I had bought after a dental operation to reduce the inflammation and heal faster (very effective). I have been taking it for 3 days and it has already decreased. So I will continue!
I am happy with the product that I have been using for 1 and a half months serapttase. I will order again in 1 month.
For the moment I don't have sufficiently convincing results, but perhaps by increasing the doses? to see over a longer period than one month!
I have been taking one capsule a day for a month now, and it seems to me that there is a slight improvement in my joint pain, but it is not obvious. I will continue for a month or two to be sure that it is effective. And then I would advise my friends.
une gélule par jour semble peu, c'est déjà bien d'avoir un résultat à ce dosage, mais il faudrait peut-être envisager d'augmenter
as part of a treatment against heavy metals (mercury) I use a protocol of serapeptase 3 morning and 3 evening with digilance at bedtime to bring glutamine and that makes me much of relief

Voilà plus d'un mois que je prends serrapeptase et j'en suis très contente. J'ai une très mauvaise circulation aux jambes, et après la prise de ce complément, cela s'est amélioré à 90%
à raison de 2 par jour le matin en une seule prise, ce n'était jamais arrivé malgré les autres compléments naturels pour la circulation. Maintenant je continue mon traitement précédent avec serrapeptase. Je compte repasser commande bientôt. Merci Apoticaria et Micel Dogna.

Me recomendaron que tome Serracor, para mi, porque tengo fibrosis sis pulmonar, fue difícil conseguir hice el encargo y me trajeron dos botes pequeños, estoy iniciando con tres cápsulas diarias y como. Complemento el noni, la persona que me comentó esta bien a dejado el oxígeno pero eso sí de por vida tiene que tomar el Serracor.
