Shipping

We offer several types of shipping.

For metropolitan France: Colissimo with or without signature or Chronopost - at home or in a post office. (N.B.: relay possible only for an order placed on the site)

For DOM TOM : Colissimo

For Europe: UPS and Chronopost

For export: DHL and UPS

We deliver worldwide from France.

The delivery conditions depend on the area in which you live.

We do our best, it depends on the carrier you have chosen...

Colissimo France : 48-72h

Chronopost France : 24-48h

Colissimo DOM - TOM : 10 working days approximately

UPS / Chronopost Europe : about 4 working days

DHL: between 3 and 7 working days depending on destination and customs clearance time.

You will receive all transport notifications by email. 

When ordering, it is important to indicate the contact information. This way you will receive the notifications. If you do not provide an email address and/or a mobile phone number, it will not be possible to track your package.

Please note that tracking can take up to 24 hours to update depending on the flashing of the packages. 

Although we have selected for you reliable carriers for the quality of their service and their delay, it can happen that a parcel takes more time to reach you.

We will locate your package with the chosen carrier.

Order

Our loyalty system allows you to receive a 3% voucher on the total amount of your last order.

How to benefit from this program?

Everyone is eligible and you don't have to do anything. As soon as you place an order on our website with your Apoticaria customer account, it is automatically credited with 3% of the value of your last order. You can either accumulate your vouchers or use them for every order. However, you will receive 3% of the value of your last order when you place an order on our website, not when you place an order by phone.

How do I know the value of my vouchers?

You have to log in to your customer account (top right menu "My account") plus click on "view my vouchers" (above "Log out").

How do I know the value of a voucher code?

You can check the value of your code by following this link.  

How do I redeem my voucher?

Just copy the code displayed on the previous page and paste it in the field "voucher or promo code" when you go to the checkout, it will be automatically taken into account.

You have placed this first order as a guest.

To benefit from the loyalty program, you must create and activate an account on the Apoticaria website, then place an order. The code is then sent to you by email after the order. 

The Paypal button appears to facilitate and accelerate the transaction but you can pay by card, check or transfer. 

To do this, you need to put the products in the shopping cart, then follow the steps, fill in the shipping address and finally choose the payment method.

It is usually possible to change it until 3pm. After 3pm, your package may already be on its way.

Products

These are active substances from mineral, plant or, more rarely, animal sources, specially selected for their impact on certain physiological functions.

In most cases, it is not possible to certify a food supplement as organic because it is a plant or mineral extract and the extracts are not certifiable. 

Some products are, for example sea buckthorn oil (Hydraphyt) or coconut oil, because they are products directly from nature.  

We offer a very rigorous selection of products from various sources. For us, quality and therapeutic validation remain a priority in our laboratory choices. The sources are mainly European and American. 

Our partner Eliphe manufactures 90% of its range in Europe, 50% of which is in France. We avoid as much as possible the Asian origins.

Miscellaneous

We are not in a position to provide you with samples due to the artisanal nature of the company and the volume of production.

In addition, it is difficult to get an idea of a product over a few days when in general it is necessary to make a complete cure to withdraw the benefits of natural products. 

If we can recommend a therapist in your area, we will do so.

Through our newsletter, we will inform you of future promotions. We invite you to subscribe by filling in your address on the form at the bottom right of the home page.
