Bromelain, extracted only from fresh pineapple (pulp and stem), is composed of proteolytic enzymes, i.e. enzymes which, when taken during the meal, facilitate the digestion of proteins. But it has many other qualities. Contrary to other enzymes, bromelain is not entirely degraded in the digestive system, a part passes the intestinal barrier...
Composition
Each capsule, dosed at 550 mg, contains 100% bromelain titrated at 1600 GDU. The coating of the capsules is made of vegetable cellulose.
Recommended daily dosage
Take 1 to 3 capsules twice a day, just before meals - or one hour before or two hours after a meal, depending on the desired effect.
Not suitable for children.
