    Use

    Take 2 capsules 1 to 3 times a day with a full glass of water.

    Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

    My wife uses it as needed for painful periods, and it's more effective than paracetamol.
    As for me, I managed to wean myself off the lexomyl I'd been taking for over 10 years thanks to calmeris, 2 capsules every evening.

    Good but expensive

    Maybe a good product, but given that you need 6 capsules a day? When there are three people, it's too expensive. The ingredients exist separately in other forms.
