Formula with selenium for the thyroid

The number of people who suffer from a lack of thyroid hormones is increasing.

Among other things, our diet is becoming increasingly low in iodine, which contributes to normal thyroid hormone production and normal thyroid function.

Thyroid hormones are used to regulate the rhythm of our organs. They therefore have an impact on our weight, our sex life and our mood, among other things.

The Tyro+ of Jade Recheche is an alternative for the body.

    The signs

The lack of thyroid hormones often leads to several effects which, in the medium and long term, disrupt the metabolism and therefore daily life. Among them:

    • general fatigue
    • of coldness
    • a lack of concentration
    • a loss of memory
    • weight gain
    • disrupted periods
    • a decrease in sexual energy
    • thinning and brittle hair and eyebrows
    • drier or thicker skin
    • a disturbance of emotional reactions (depression, anxiety...)
    • increased irritability and aggressiveness
    • disturbed sleep
    • more infections
    • unexplained pain (low back pain, tendonitis)...

    Indications

These signs are indicators that hypothyroidism is present and that the person's thyroid hormone levels need to be rebalanced. Age is also an important factor as thyroid hormone production tends to decrease with age.

Hypothyroidism is detected by measuring the level of TSH (thyroid stimulating hormone) in venous blood. TSH is a hormone secreted by the pituitary gland that regulates the thyroid gland. Treatment for hypothyroidism should be considered when the TSH level detected is higher than 5 mU/l (international milli-units per liter).

These results can be refined by combining them with measurements of the T3 and T4 hormones produced by the thyroid.

    Composition for 2 capsules

    • L-Tyrosine 600 mg, an amino acid precursor of dopamine.
    • Spirulina 170 mg, a microalgae rich in cofactors (B vitamins, magnesium, iron, manganese) essential to the body, allows the body to transform tyrosine into dopamine.
      • Maca 100 mg, a perennial plant that stimulates the adrenals.
      • Selenium-enriched yeast 35 mg or 127% RDI, a trace element naturally highly concentrated in the thyroid gland and which facilitates the conversion of T4 hormones into T3.
      • Fucus vesiculosus 75 mg, a seaweed containing iodine, a trace element present in humans only in the thyroid gland and used to regulate the synthesis of thyroid hormones. Iodine intake of 150 μg.
      • Rice starch (anti-agglomerating) 20 mg.

      Very satisfied

I've been using Tyro for a few weeks now and I'm already feeling a difference, I'm less tired and I've even been able to gradually reduce my treatment. I've gone from 125 to 100, gradually tapering off. I also take magnesium and omega 3. I've already tried different supplements for hypothyroidism and this is the one that suits me best. I'll have to see in the long term whether I'll be able to reduce or even stop taking Levothyrox.

Sorry but I've just started the treatment, too early to give an opinion.
