The walls of the bladder and urinary tract naturally produce mannose, and it is because of the presence of this mannose there that the E. coli bacteria can grow. Taking D-Mannose orally allows this sugar to be delivered to the bladder.
Ingredients
Pure D-Mannose powder extracted from forest wood. Contains no coloring, preservatives or flavoring agents. It is a simple, healthy, pure and natural product. Use
One sachet diluted in a glass of water three times a day or more if necessary.

Advice for use
According to our customers' testimonies, the key to success is to start taking Waterfall D-Mannose every 2 - 3 hours (one sachet with 100 - 150 ml of liquid), as well as one intake during the night and gradually reduce. For example, after taking Waterfall D-Mannose every 2 - 3 hours for two days you can reduce to taking it every 4 - 5 hours and continue to reduce gradually or increase a little.
Smoother operation
We have other clients who use Waterfall D-Mannose daily with one dose in the morning and possibly one in the evening. For others, a small amount taken before sleep and/or at the time of certain factors such as intimate relations, sports, travel, etc. allows them to reinforce their natural defenses.
Dietary advice
Keep urine as alkaline as possible. Follow the acid-base diet advice, there are several excellent books on this subject. Avoid acidifying food and drinks such as orange juice, coffee, black or green tea, alcohol, strong spices, cranberries in all their forms and if possible dairy products and gluten.
