Oregano is a member of the Lamiaceae family, which also includes thyme, rosemary, lavender, basil and mint. Native to the Mediterranean, these plants have been used in cooking and as an alternative remedy for centuries for their multiple effects. The oil of wild oregano is a panacea with multiple virtues that finds its place in all natural pharmacies.
Composition
Oil of oregano Oregano oil is made from the Origanum vulgare plant, which grows wild in the mountains of Greece and Turkey. It is hand-picked and processed according to ancestral methods; organic virgin olive oil, first cold pressed.

Use

Recommended daily dosage
3 drops in the morning and at noon 5 days a week diluted in a spoon of honey or vegetable oil or in a glass of water, fruit juice or vegetable milk. Or put on a neutral tablet to be swallowed with a glass of water.
