Grapefruit seed extract

Is known to be rich in vitamin C which has many qualities. It also contains bioflavonoids which act in synergy with vitamin C and potentiate its action. Easy to use, with a fruity, sweet and slightly bitter taste, grapefruit seed extract promotes the body's resistance and supports the defense system. 

Use of grapefruit seed extract

Contribution to the normal functioning and protection of the immune system.

Composition

Vegetable glycerin, grapefruit seed extract (100 mg for 30ml). Guaranteed without benzethonium or other preservatives. Bottle of 30 ml in tinted glass with pipette.

Suggestions for use

Grapefruit seed extract is used for one to two months.

The recommended daily dose is 5 to 10 drops in a glass of water two to three times a day.

Grapefruit seed extract can also be added to toothpaste or shampoo.

For protection against pests, midges, etc., mix 30 drops of grapefruit seed extract per liter of water and spray on plants.

Do not use pure internally or externally.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Be careful in case of allergy or intolerance to citrus fruits.

The best EPP on the market

To my knowledge, Solaray Grapefruit Seed Extract is the best quality and most effective. The manufacturer has the particularity of taking only the kernel of the seed during extraction, without the bark compared to most other brands, which explains the price difference.
For my part, I don't take it as a maintenance product, but as a good, very regular dose at the start of an illness, which shortens its duration to less than 24 hours, and gives me peace of mind for the rest of the illness.
I can't find it in stores near my home any more, which is why I now go online.
