What is glutamine used for?
This amino acid regulates the acid content in the tissues. Glutamine therefore contributes to the acid-base balance of the body.
A lack of glutamic acid often causes fatigue and restlessness. On the other hand, if the body contains enough glutamine, it can produce GABA, a neurotransmitter whose positive repercussions are inner peace, a good balance even in stressful situations, better concentration and relaxation.
Composition
In 4 g (2 teaspoons) of Digilance, there are :
- L-glutamine: 3200 mg
- Aloes vera: 200 mg
- Turmeric longa: 200 mg
- Myrtillus vaccinium : 200 mg
- Spirulina platensis : 200 mg
However, Digilance does not contain any excipients.
Properties
The synergy between the components of Digilance makes it a rapidly effective food supplement for the health and maintenance of the integrity of the intestinal wall.
- L-glutamine: this amino acid is beneficial for elimination functions. L-glutamine is also the precursor of GABA.

Advice for use
According to your needs, 1 to 2 level teaspoons (2 to 4 g) to be diluted in a glass of water and taken at bedtime.
Precautions for use
Not suitable for children under 6 years old. Ask your doctor's advice if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Presentation
