Using state-of-the-art technology that allows for the use of minimal additives, Waterfall D-Mannose™ Tablet is 100% natural and 98% bio-active. Like Waterfall D-Mannose™ powder, it is a pure and effective product.
D-Mannose is a rare sugar extracted from forest wood. Waterfall D-Mannose is a simple, healthy and natural product, suitable for everyone, including pregnant women and infants. Diabetics should monitor their blood sugar levels.
The walls of the bladder and urinary tract naturally produce mannose, and it is because of the presence of this mannose there that the E. coli bacteria can grow. Taking D-Mannose orally allows this sugar to be delivered to the bladder.
Composition
Each tablet contains 1000 mg of pure and bio-available bio-active D-Mannose and vegetable magnesium stearate. It is covered with a hpmc film of less than 0.1g.
Gluten free. Free of artificial colors, flavors, preservatives, GMOs. Certified free of all contaminants. May contain traces of nuts.
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Waterfall D-Mannose is a glucose isomer, without glucose. It is naturally made from plant sources without chemicals.

Use
Take 2-3 tablets every 2 or 3 hours, and if possible 1 tablet during the night. Or take 2 to 4 tablets a day. Take with a glass of warm water or herbal tea (we recommend Maylis' herbal tea). Avoid orange juice, cranberry juice and vitamin C.
We recommend the use of the urine test strips available on our site, in order to have a better follow-up and to optimize the use of D-Mannose.
Dietary advice
Keep urine as alkaline as possible. Follow the advice of the acid-base diet, there are several excellent books on this subject. Avoid acidifying foods and drinks such as orange juice, coffee, black or green tea, alcohol, strong spices, cranberries in all forms and, if possible, dairy products and gluten.
N.B.: As this product is fundamentally different (notably from products proposed on a corn basis, and for lower production costs), we are not afraid of any competition.

Cela fait maintenant plusieurs années que je prends 2 comprimés de D-Mannose tous les soirs et je n'ai plus jamais eu d'infections urinaires. Quand malheureusement, je ne peux pas boire assez dans la journée car je suis en déplacement, je n'ai plus le stress d'avoir des douleurs dans le bas-ventre et d'être obligée de me lever plusieurs fois la nuit suivante. Au pire, je prends 2 comprimés supplémentaires et cela passe. Et tout cela, sans antibiotique, qui d'abord en prise unique (type "Monuril") ne fonctionnait pas sur moi et où je devais prendre au moins 7 jours de traitement antibiotique sensible à l'E. Coli trouvé dans mes urines. Certes, cela a un coût financier mais rien à voir avec le coût payé par la sécurité sociale (qui derrière est payée par nous tous): pas de recherche de germes + antibiogramme par un laboratoire, pas de visite chez le médecin, pas de traitement payé par la sécurité sociale et naturellement, pour nous, pas d'impact sur la flore abdominale.
C'est un produit que toutes les femmes sujettes aux infections urinaires devraient avoir chez eux. Je recommande +++
Je prends un cachet matin, midi et au coucher. Depuis, les infection urinaires ont cessé avec ce traitement de fond.

Dmannose helps me to prevent the attacks from lasting and coming back. I take it every evening for maintenance, and when I feel the onset of a burn I take 3 times as much for a few days. Of course, I have to maintain a healthy lifestyle: minimal stress and at least 1.5 to 2 litres of fluids a day, preferably water. And a consistent diet to avoid maintaining dysbiosis. It's a costly treatment, but the pain of cystitis is horrible and so is the fatigue around attacks, so I prefer to stick with Dmannose...
