What is glutamine used for?

This amino acid regulates the acid content in the tissues. Glutamine therefore contributes to the acid-base balance of the body.

A lack of glutamic acid often causes fatigue and restlessness. On the other hand, if the body contains enough glutamine, it can produce GABA, a neurotransmitter whose positive repercussions are inner peace, a good balance even in stressful situations, better concentration and relaxation.

Composition

In 4 g (2 teaspoons) of Digilance, there are :

• L-glutamine: 3200 mg
• Aloes vera: 200 mg
• Turmeric longa: 200 mg
• Myrtillus vaccinium : 200 mg
• Spirulina platensis : 200 mg

However, Digilance does not contain any excipients.

Advice for use

According to your needs, 1 to 2 level teaspoons (2 to 4 g) to be diluted in a glass of water and taken at bedtime.

Precautions for use

Not suitable for children under 6 years old. Ask your doctor's advice if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Presentation

PP plastic bottle containing 200 g of powder for 50 days of use at a rate of 2 teaspoons per day. Keep the box in a cool, dry and dark place.
