Starting May 4, 2020, we have implemented a reward system that allows you to receive a 3% voucher on the total amount of your last order.

How to benefit from this program?

Everyone is eligible and you don't have to do anything. As soon as you place an order on our website, your customer account is automatically credited with 3% of the value of your last order. You can either accumulate your vouchers or use them with each order. However, you get 3% of the value of your last order when you place an order on our website, not when you place an order by phone.

How do I know the value of my vouchers?

You must log in to your customer account (top right menu "My account") plus click on "view my vouchers" (above "Log out").

How do I know the value of a coupon code?

You can check the value of your code by following this link.

How do I use my voucher?

You just have to copy the code displayed on the previous page and paste it in the field "voucher or promotional code" when you check out, it will be automatically taken into account.
