Enzyme

Bromelain, extracted only from fresh pineapple (pulp and stem), is composed of proteolytic enzymes, i.e. enzymes which, when taken during the meal, facilitate the digestion of proteins. But it has many other qualities. Contrary to other enzymes, bromelain is not entirely degraded in the digestive system, a part passes the intestinal barrier...

Composition

Each capsule, dosed at 300 mg, contains 100% bromelain titrated at 5000 GDU. The coating of the capsules is made of vegetable cellulose.

Recommended daily dosage

Take 1 to 3 capsules twice a day, just before meals - or one hour before or two hours after a meal, depending on the desired effect. 

Not suitable for children.

very good product

I've been doing yoga for many years and 3 years ago I started having trouble with certain postures (I'm 75). since I've been taking bromelain, I've had no more problems, so I attribute the change to this product. it had been recommended to me by a doctor in connection with 'haemorrhoids', as it reduces the inflammation well. Plus, knowing that it's an excellent anti-cancer agent is great!

Effective

I suffer from severe osteoarthritis in the entire cervical spine with 2 herniated discs and in the sacroiliac joint. I've been trying several alternatives for 1 year now to avoid taking morphine, and this bromelain has changed my daily life. I have to say that suffering from chronic pain, bromelain has become my Holy Grail. I take it continuously, 4 to 6 tablets a day.

improvement

Hello, I'm taking bromelain articular 5000 GDU again, and the pain in my joints, cervical and brachial pain, tendonitis, epicondylitis, muscle tears, sprains, ease of transit, and softening of cellulite have all improved. I take 4 capsules 2 hours before meals, twice a day, for a total of 8. I'm going to continue.

Pain relief
