Omega 3 from wild Alaskan salmon

Our salmon oil is an excellent source of vitamin A (1421 IU / 2 capsules) and vitamin D (220 IU / 2 capsules), omega 3 (400 mg / 2 capsules including EPA 160 mg and DHA 146 mg); omega 6 (47 mg / 2 capsules), omega 9 (447 mg / 2 capsules) and astaxanthin. Regularly tested in analysis it does not contain contaminants or heavy metals.

I've been taking Polar Power Omega 3 for 3 weeks.

My husband and I have been having trouble sleeping for a few years now, partly because of electro-magnetic waves, as we're both electro-sensitive. We tried several sleep solutions, including melatonin, but nothing helped. For the past 3 weeks we've been taking Polar Power Omega 3 and, from the 2nd week, we've noticed a marked improvement in our sleep. We fall asleep very quickly without going through a restless phase, and when we have to get up in the night to go to the toilet we go back to sleep very quickly, and when we get up in the morning we feel great. I really think we've found in this formula what we needed for our sleep and we're going to continue.
