- R Alpha Lipoic Acid: 70 mg
- Broccoli (Brassica oleracea) (0.4% sulforaphane): 70 mg

- Fucus (Fucus vesicolosus): 50 mg
- Anti-caking agent: rice starch
- Magnesium bisglycinate: 40 mg (7.2 mg magnesium)
- Zinc bisglycinate: 10 mg (3 mg of zinc)
- Black mustard (Brassica nigra): 5 mg
- Melatonin : 0.3 mg

Recommended daily dosage
3 capsules per day, 1/4 hour before meals.
