Description
The three main components of this dietary supplement are Sam-e, Rhodiola and Spirulina, creating a synergy that is essential to the body's proper functioning. In particular, Méthylia acts without addiction or side effects against the burn-out and depression that are on the increase in our societies.
Methylia components
In Méthylia's composition, Sam-e and Rhodiola are the active agents, while Spirulina acts as the activation motor for the other two.
Sam-e (S-adenosyl-L-methionine) is a metabolite produced at cellular level by a reaction between methionine (amino acid) and ATP (nucleic acid), and plays an important role in the glutathione cycle, a powerful antioxidant. This coenzyme is produced and consumed mainly in the liver.
Rhodiola is an adaptogenic plant, increasing the body's resistance and having a normalizing action that maintains its equilibrium. It is composed of rosavin (flavonoid), salidroside (glucoside), twelve amino acids and numerous vitamins and minerals.
Indications
In this dietary supplement, the synergy between Sam-e and Rhodolia acts on both the psyche and the body.
Le Méthylia a un effet bénéfique sur le comportement : il aide à assumer les moments difficiles de la vie et les situations conflictuelles. Il tempère aussi le déficit d’attention, combat le manque de concentration et modère le stress et l’hyperactivité.
