Lactobacillus are indispensable bacteria of the oral, vaginal and intestinal mucosa. They work on the assimilation of nutrients in your body. At the intestinal level, lactobacillus are part of the microbiota, a bacterial population that is very sensitive to the food you eat.
Among the lactobacillus, L. Gasseri is a probiotic that is recommended for prevention and to help control body mass.
Its properties
L. Gasseri is a lactic Lactobacillus. It must be present in sufficient quantity in the intestinal microbiota, which is not the case when the microbiota is weakened by an unbalanced lifestyle or a diet too rich in saturated fats and poor in fiber and fermented foods.
Its advantages
The more overweight a person is, the less L. Gasseri there is in their microbiota. An intake that restores the balance "boosts" the microbiota and promotes its fat elimination function.
It is a product without lactose, gluten, fructose, casein, coloring, GMO, nanoparticles and artificial flavor. It is easy to take, well supported and without side effects.
Packaging
Jar of 15 g or 15 000 mg of 100% pure L. Gasseri dosed at 200 billion strains per gram or per 1000 mg.
Packaged in a miron glass jar with screw-on lid. A plastic dosette is provided, it allows to measure 250 mg or the equivalent of 50 billion strains.
Advice for use
1 to 2 scoops in the morning on an empty stomach 1/4 hour before breakfast. Taken as far as possible from the previous meal, L. Gasseri powder is very well absorbed and does not require a gastro-resistant capsule.
