Composition
Each capsule, dosed at 550 mg, contains 100% bromelain titrated at 1600 GDU. The coating of the capsules is made of vegetable cellulose.
Recommended daily dosage
Take 1 to 3 capsules twice a day, just before meals - or one hour before or two hours after a meal, depending on the desired effect.
Not suitable for children.
